Summary

Title Tool Pilot is designed to minimize data collection. The title generator sends your prompt to your own server environment for processing (and optionally to a third-party model provider if you configure one). We do not sell personal data. We do not use your prompts to train third-party models—any training behavior depends on the provider’s policies and your account settings with that provider.

What we collect

Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs for security and reliability. Our application may temporarily process the text you submit to the title generator to return a response.

If you email us, we receive your email address and message content so we can respond.

Cookies and local storage

The site may store non-sensitive preferences locally (such as theme selection) to improve usability. We do not run invasive cross-site tracking pixels by default.

Third-party processing

Depending on how this site is deployed, prompts may be processed by external services to produce suggestions. Who receives data and on what terms is controlled by the operator of the deployment you are using. The pages you use here do not ask you to paste secret keys or credentials.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
